Customized Courses: Craig will create customized programs for adults or children. All programs include a technical, creative and practical component.
Mentoring: For students wishing to take glass studies more seriously, Craig will develop a program to coach you to address areas where you would like to improve your skills.

Mississippi Mills Summer School of the Arts
The following three courses will be offered through the Mississippi Mills Summer School of the Arts. The fused glass classes are enriched from last with more techniques to be experienced. The Glass Studio course is a great opportunity to flex your creative muscles with the support and challenge of a team of artists working collaboratively. Both your knowledge and your style will develop extensively through this intensive program of courses.
Glass Art Program
July 17-21, 22-23, 24-28, 9AM-4PM
With 25 years of experience Craig's art can be found across the continent and covers a broad range of mixed medium techniques. Now working mostly in fused glass, all courses draw extensively on Craig's creativity toolbox.
Fused Glass Techniques, July 17-21
Apply various fusing techniques, like layering, imprinting, painting with frit, stringers and tube glass.
Hands-on kiln operation.
Course Fee: $300 + materials used. Tools provided or bring basic tools.
Slumping and Draping, July 22-23
From funky to polished, create your own bowl, platter or sculpture.
Use partial or full fusing techniques.
Course Fee: $175 + materials used. Tools provided or bring your own.
Glass Studio, July 23-28
Experience a fully-functioning studio environment. Starting from an art theme, students develop a draft design. The design is developed collaboratively by the glass art team with daily observation and comment. The week ends with a publicized gallery show. This multi-media course is open to most forms of glass art.
Course fee: $400 + materials used. Tools provided or bring your own.
